SHIPPING POLICY
Your order will ship out within two business days. Free 2 Day Shipping applies only to the Continental United States. An adult signature is required upon delivery. Harmony Spark is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
RETURN POLICY
Should you need to return an item please contact jewels@harmonyspark.com with your order number and a brief reason for your return for a Return Authorization Number before sending it back to us fully insured, trackable and pre-paid. CODs will not be accepted. For a full refund, a return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt and received back within 7 calendar days of the original delivery date. Any requests made after 24 hours and up to 7 days, will allow for exchange only. Returns are not accepted if requested after 7 days of receipt. Only orders with a Return Authorization Number will be accepted and Harmony Spark will not be responsible for any returned packages not received. The returned jewelry must be unworn, in original pristine condition, accompanied by the original packaging and receipt within 7 calendar days of placing the order. Harmony Spark will not accept returns that do not meet these requirements. With your package, please include your name, address, phone number, email address and Return Authorization Number. Returns will be processed upon receipt and an email confirmation will be sent. You will receive a full refund to the original method of payment minus the original shipping charge if all stated requirements are met. Please note it may take up to 10 days for the refund to post to your account, depending on the cycle of your credit card. No Returns or exchanges on International Orders. Any customs duties assessed are the Customer’s responsibility.
EXCHANGES
A Return Authorization request for an exchange must be made no later than 7 calendar days following receipt. We will accept exchanges if you send the item back to us, pre-paid, trackable and insured, arriving within 7 calendar days following the Return Authorization date. Returns are not accepted if received back after 7 calendar days following the Return Authorization date. The exchanged jewelry must be unworn, in original pristine condition, accompanied by the original packaging. Please email jewels@harmonyspark.com to notify us of your decision and request the Return Authorization Number before sending it back. With your package, please include your name, address, phone number, email address, Return Authorization Number and an indication of which items you are exchanging for. CODs will not be accepted and shipping charges will apply on all exchanges.
BACK ORDERS
If it is not in stock, it could take up to 30 working days before the item is shipped. On occasion an order may be placed for an item that appears to be in stock, but has actually sold before online inventory is adjusted. When this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Some pieces in our collections may be customized. This can include changes in chain length or color of gold. These would be considered a special order and may take up to eight weeks to produce. These items made to your specifications which we do not carry in stock may not be exchanged or returned under any circumstance.
REPAIRS
Our jewelry collections are hand-crafted and as with any product of this nature, natural wear and tear or accident may result in damage. We recommend any piece in this condition be sent to us for evaluation so it can be repaired to our standards. Repairs may take up to four weeks and there may be an associated fee. All repair inquiries should be directed to jewels@harmonyspark.com prior to sending to us for evaluation.
